    3. Edition Upgrades and Downgrades

    When an end customer switches from one edition to another, we never delete any created behaviours, actions, or conditions. We check whether any limits apply. If they do, we simply disable the most recent changes and inform the end customer. The customer can then adjust their configuration accordingly.

    4. App Costs

    Our pricing is publicly listed on the Marketplace and is calculated based on the user tier. We are planning stable prices for the first year and will not increase them during this period. On a yearly basis and depending on the actual costs incurred on the Forge platform, we review the option of a price adjustment every August 1st. However, any potential increase is capped at 10%.

    4.1 Atlassian Forge Platform Pricing Model (from 01.01.2026)

    πŸ“ Note: Atlassian introduces a new pricing model for the Forge Platform starting 01.01.2026, which we as a vendor are required to pay. We will activate usage monitoring only from this date. Our goal is not to limit our customers – our limits are intentionally generous. We aim solely to control costs in cases of fraud or excessive usage (for example, when Jira credentials are shared among significantly more physical users than expected, leading to higher costs).
